论述了社区管理的作用 ;分析了保护区与社区的矛盾并提出解决对策 ;
In this paper, the roles of administration of social areas are discussed. The problems between nature reserve and social area are analyed, and countermeasures are put forward. Meanwhile, models for social area admimistration are also discussed.
