随着我国高校收费制度的推行,信息技术在财务办公系统中的应用越来越普及,对高校收费人员的素质提出了更高的要求。基于收费人员的立场从我国高校收费工作中普遍存在的问题入手,分析其形成的原因,提出了从制度建设、观念更新、业务提升等方面着手,改进收费工作,建立精干、高效、廉洁的收费人员队伍的对策建议。

Along with our country university tuition system reform and the populization of information technology in the financial office system,there have higher requirements on the quality of personnel in charge. Being a tuition collector,the author analyses the reason for the problems in university charge work in our country and find out how to improve the quality of university charge staff to improve the work of charging and to build a group of capable,efficient,honest charge for staff.
