水肥运筹对小麦品质形成的调控效应

Regulating effect of strategy of irrigation and fertilization on the formation of quality of wheat

试验结果表明 ,水肥运筹对小麦品质形成具有明显的调节效应 .在相同的施氮量条件下 ,推迟追氮时期、灌浆期喷氮和浇灌浆水等措施均可增强小麦生育后期的氮代谢转化能力 。

A study was conducted on the regulating effect of strategy of irrigation and fertilization on the quality of wheat.The results indicated that the strategy of irrigation and fertilization had evident effect on the quality of wheat.With the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer application,deferring top dressing time,spraying nitrogen fertilizer as well as irrigation during grain filling stage could enhance the nitrogen metabolism in grain and improve the quality of wheat.
