摘要
用薄层色谱法 (TLC)测定已受到微生物污染的野生果蔬罐头 ,并与常规的微生物镜检测定法、微生物菌种培养法和pH值测定法进行了比较 .结果表明 ,用TLC测定比常规测定法的结果准确 .同时 ,比微生物菌种培养法快速 ,在 2h内即可测得结果 ;
The wild fruit and vegetable tin was determined by TLC(Thin layer Chromatography)method and a comparison was made between TLC method and the microbe check method with microscope,the microbe culture checks method and pH check method.The result showed that quick,accurate result could be obtained in 2h by TLC method.The TLC method is a quick,economical and accurate method to determine the microbe contamination in the wild fruit and vegetable tin.
