摘要
目的探讨Chiari网(CN)的超声表现。资料与方法回顾性分析96例CN患者的资料,观察CN在彩色多普勒超声不同切面的形态、附着点及运动情况。结果 CN均源于下腔静脉口或冠状静脉窦口,主要表现为右心房内飘动的形态多变的网状、条索状或星点状回声。多附着于房间隔(87.50%,84/96)、上腔静脉口附近的心房壁(72.92%,70/96)、右心房侧壁(42.71%,41/96)、三尖瓣瓣根部(17.71%,17/96)。CN主要并发症有心律失常、卵圆孔未闭及动脉栓塞等。结论超声心动图可以实时动态显示CN的形态特点及附着点,对临床准确诊断有较高的应用价值。
Purpose To explore the ultrasound manifestations of Chiari's network(CN). Materials and MethodsNinety-six patients with CN were enrolled in the study.Morphological characteristics, attachment point and movement of CN were observed.ResultsAll CN were derived from orifice of superior vena cava or coronary sinusostium, which showed flowing multivariate reticulation, stripe or spot echo, most attachedto the atrial septum (87.50%, 84/96), the wall of atrium near the orifice of superior venacava (72.92%, 70/96), side wall of right atrium (42.71%, 41/96) and root of tricuspidvalve (17.71%, 17/96). The main complications of CN were arrhythmia, acleistocardia,arterial embolism and so on. ConclusionEchocardiography can dynamically display themorphological characteristics and attachment point of CN by real-time, which has a highapplication value for accurate clinical diagnosis.
