Analysis on the Cultivation of Lifelong Skills of Higher Vocational School Students

当前,在世界各国日益重视公民终身技能培养的背景下,我国高职教育作为学校专业技能培养和社会工作实践的衔接点,可在终身技能的培养中发挥重要作用。结合黄河水利职业技术学院相关专业的教学实践和具体案例,对学生进行终身技能培养,可以从注重技能学习动机的培养、构建多元交叉的终身技能培养课程体系和在实验实训教学中注重创新教育三个方面入手。

At present, the cultivation of citizens＇ lifelong skills attracts more and more attention in the countries all over the world. Under the background, as the join points between school professional skills training and social work practice, higher vocational education of China should play an important role in the cultivation of lifelong skills. Combining the teaching practice of the Yellow River Vocational and Technical College of Water Conservancy and the specific ease, to cultivate students＇ lifelong skills, it should pay attention to the development of skills learning motivation, build multivari- ate-cross life skills training course system and pay attention to the innovation education in the teaching of experimental training.
