摘要 黄酮类化合物因其特殊的生理作用与药理活性,已成为研究热点。研究证据表明,食物中的类黄酮可以保护脆弱的神经元,增强现有神经元功能和促进神经再生,从而改善或者扭转与衰老有关的记忆障碍。本文综述了黄酮类化合物改善记忆的作用机制,它主要是在神经和突触营养、脑血流量、神经炎症等方面发挥作用。 Flavonoids have become a research hotspot because of their special physiological role and pharmacological activity. Emerging evidence suggests that dietary-derived flavonoids have the potential to improve human memory via their ability to protect vulnerable neurons,enhance existing neuronal function and stimulate neuronal regeneration and improve or reverse the age-related memory impairment. This paper summarized the mechanisms of flavonoids improving memory,it mainly played a role on the nerves and synapses,cerebral blood flow and neuroinflammation.
