摘要
90后后进生的教育转化已成为影响高校安全稳定的重要工作。辅导员个人能力素质参差、高校全员育人推动力度有限、高校管理体制中尚存"盲点"以及家校合作体系尚未形成等原因会直接影响后进生转化工作的效果;加强"入岗"动机考察,宣传全员育人典型,健全培训考核机制,搭建家校合作平台等措施将有力促进后进生教育转化工作。
The transformation of the underachievers who were born in the 1990s has become an important work that influences the safety and stability of the university. The differences in personal ability and qualities of the counselors, a lack of impetus in promoting the all staff education in universities, the blind spot in the management, and the fact that the system of cooperation between the universities and families has not formed yet are the factors directly affecting the effect of the transformation. Strengthening the investigation of counselors" motivation when choosing the position, publicizing the example of the counselors who do well in work among the whole staff, perfecting the mechanism of training and assessment and establishing the parent-school cooperative platform are effective measures to facilitate the transformation of the underachievers.
