摘要
幼儿园教育活动本质上具有生成属性,是教师与幼儿在互动交往中建构的过程。生成活动要依据幼儿的兴趣需求来选择活动主题;依据教学活动过程中的内在价值标准来确定活动目标;依据幼儿认知发展水平与学科知识逻辑本身来编制主题网络;依据生成活动的性质来确定幼儿教师的角色;依据教学的有效性和幼儿的和谐发展来组织活动。幼儿园生成活动的开展,对于促进幼儿主体性发展,幼儿教师专业化成长,教学质量提高都具有重要意义。
Kindergarten educational activity is essentially characterized with generating attributes ; it is the process of construction in interactive exchanges between teachers and children. Generating activity designer needs to choose the activity subject according to children's interests and needs, determine the teaching goal according to the teaching process of the intrinsic value standard, compile the thematic network according to childrenls cognitive development level and subject knowledge logic itself, determine the role of teachers according to the property of generating activity, organize activity according to the effectiveness of teaching and children's harmonious development. Kindergarten generating activity exerts tremendous influence upon promoting the development of children's subjectivity, growing preschool teachers" professional, improving the quality of teaching.
