摘要
阐述了建筑高度100 m^250 m超高层建筑避难层(间)规范化防火设计要点,对国家现行规范规定不准确不详尽的条款进行了分析、说明和补充,进一步明确了超高层建筑设计中有关避难层(间)的防火构造做法和消防设施设置要求.本文对大量实际案例和国家相关规范、各地建设经验进行了分析总结,对工程设计实践具有一定参考价值.
