摘要
关于环境规制和进出口贸易,本文对中国存在的实际问题进行了研究,同时也研究了与中国存在贸易往来的50多个贸易伙伴国和地区的贸易情况.通过研究数据显示,我国制订的环境规制对我国的进出口贸易不存在任何的影响,也就表明我国现存的环境规制没有实效性,与当前的国内形势不相适应.
The practical problems of China are studied about environmental regulation and the import and export trade, and also studied the trade with China has more than 50 trading partners and regional trade. According to our country to formulate environmental regulation on our country＇ s import and export trade there is no influence, also suggests that China＇ s existing environmental regulation efficiency, and the current domestic situation does not a- dapt.
