摘要
随着我国小微企业的不断发展,其对人才的需求程度也在日益增加,这就要求小微企业要不断完善人力资源管理体系.本文分析了我国小微企业人力资源管理的现状及其进行柔性人力资源管理的条件,并探讨了柔性人力资源管理的在小微企业的实施措施.
With the continuous development of China' s small and micro enterprises, the extent of the demand for talent is also increasing, which requires small and micro enterprises to continuously improve the human resource management system. This paper analyzes the current situation of small and micro enterprises and human resource management be flexible human resources management conditions, and discusses the implementation of flexible hu- man resource management measures in small and micro enterprises.
