高职高专院校“德育教育新范式”的剖析

高职院校肩负着培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力,面向基层、面向生产、面向服务和管理第一线的高素质、高技能、应用型人才的任务。高职学生的思想道德素质如何,不仅关系到他们个人的成长,也关系到社会主义建设事业的成败。"以培养学生良好行为习惯为中心、以培养学生的创业就业能力为核心",开展高职高专院校德育教育研究与实践是符合时代要求、满足市场人才需求的一种崭新的德育教育新范式。

Higher vocational colleges have the responsibilities of providing students with practical skills as well as certain amount of theoretical knowledge, which provide with quality and skill for future jobs in production, service and management. Moral quality of students in higher vocational colleges are closely related to their personal success and also to the development of the society on the whole. The moral education paradigm discussed in this paper is a spanking new one since it centers on cultivating students good behavior habits and on emphasizing the development of students entrepreneurial and employment capabilities. Thus, its research and practice of moral education answer the call the time and meet the market demand of the society.
