摘要
高职院校学生职业规划认知度与幸福感协调发展是当前我国高等教育培养进程中的一个重要命题。本研究通过问卷调查,构建高职院校学生职业规划认知程度与职业发展幸福感的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法进行综合测度,并利用Logistic回归分析法拟合出二者间的关系模型。通过对模型结果的分析,明确了高职院校学生职业规划认知度与职业发展幸福感之间的耦合关系,提出了提升高职院校学生职业发展幸福感的相关建议与对策。
The coordinated development of the higher vocational college students occupation planning awareness and sense of well-being is the current important proposition in the process of higher education in china. Based on a questionnaire survey, we have constructed the index system of higher vocational college students occupation planning cognition degree and the occupation development well-being. Using the principal component analysis method to comprehensive measurement, with the Logistic regression method, we fit the relationship model about the above two factors. Through an analysis of the results of the model, we can get the real relationship between higher vocational college students occupation planning awareness and occupation development sense of well-being clearly, based on this, we put forward the suggestions to enhance the vocational college students sense of occupation development well-being would be made.
