摘要 针对目前飞机液压系统健康状态难以准确评估问题,构建了一个基于灰色聚类法和熵权法相结合的飞机关键部件—液压系统两级健康状态综合评估模型。该模型首先利用熵权法对飞机液压系统各部件相关参数的权重进行计算并确定,然后利用灰色聚类法对飞机液压系统各部件进行健康状态综合评估,得到各部件的聚类系数。在此基础上,用所得各部件聚类系数构成飞机液压系统健康状态综合评估的评判矩阵,再用熵权法计算并确定飞机液压系统各部件的权重,最后利用灰色聚类法对飞机液压系统的整体健康状态进行综合评估,从而得到飞机液压系统健康状态综合评估结果。通过实例对所构建的评估模型进行试验验证。研究结果表明,所构建的健康状态评估模型能够实现飞机液压系统健康状态综合评估效能,具有良好的工程应用前景。 According to the problem which is difficult to accurately assess the health status of the aircraft hydraulic system, the paper builds the aircraft hydraulic system two-level health status assessment model which combines gray clustering method with entropy weight. This model uses entropy weight method to calculate and determine the weight of the relative parameters of the key parts, and then uses the gray clustering method to synthetically assess the health status of the key parts of the aircraft hydraulic system, and obtains the clus- tering coefficient of all key parts of aircraft hydraulic system. Based on the above methods, it builds the evaluation matrix of the aircraft hydraulic system health status with the clustering coefficient of all parts of aircraft hydraulic system, and then uses the entropy weight method to calculate and determine the weights of the aircraft hydraulic system components. Lastly, the paper uses the gray clustering method to assess the comprehensive health status of the aircraft hydraulic systems, to acquire the synthesis assessment result of aircraft hydraulic system. This paper verified the assessment model by an example. The results indicate that the assessment model can realize efficiency of the health status assessment of the aircraft hydraulic system, the method of the health status assessment also can be used for the aerospace and key systems of other fields, and has a very good prospect in engineering.
