摘要
本研究采用 13周龄父母代艾维菌种母鸡 80只 ,随机等分成 4组 ,研究中草药制剂金鸡散对新城疫免疫的辅助效果 ,以左旋咪唑作为免疫增效剂对照 ,在免疫后不同时间 ,分别采血测定血清中新城疫抗体滴度及免疫球蛋白G、A、M的含量。结果发现 ,免疫当日采用 2 5 %金鸡散拌料连用 5d对新城疫免疫有明显增效作用 ,可显著提高血清新城疫抗体滴度及免疫球蛋白G的含量 ,使IgG高峰持续时间延长 ,并延缓IgA、IgM的下降 ,其免疫增效作用优于左旋咪唑 。
To investigate the assisting effects of Jin Ji San(JJS)—a powder of several kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,on the chicken immunity,80 chickens were divided into 4 groups at random Chickens were blooded and the serd were seperated and used for determining ND-HI titers and the contents of immunoglobulins G, A and M for several days after immunity The results showed that, when added JJS into chicken diets at a rate of 2 5% for 5 days from the day of immunising,JJS would have a significant immunity-improving effects It could improve the sera ND-HI titers and IgG contents,slow the decline of IgA,IgM It' s immunity-improving effects were better than lavamisole
