摘要
对A6 19与Cms2 37F2 及BC1群体的育性观察结果表明 ,恢复系A6 19有一对恢复基因 ,用微卫星标记 (SSR)将A6 19的恢复基因定位在玉米第 8染色体短臂上 ,与SSR引物bnlg 2 30 7连锁 ,距bnlg2 30 712 .
The results of observation for the restoration of male fertility about F 2 and BC 1 showed that there was one pair of restoring genes in restoring line A619.The restoring gene (Rf4) in A619 was found located in the short arm of chromosome 8 through the SSR method.The restoring gene in the chromosome 8 linked with bnlg2307,the genetic distance with bnlg2307 being 12.3 cM.
