摘要
针对电磁式喷油器控制腔压力试验测量难度大的问题,利用AMESim软件搭建了反映喷油器工作过程的喷油器仿真模型,并进行了试验验证。基于该仿真模型分析了控制腔最小容积变化对喷油器性能的影响。控制腔最小容积增大,喷油持续期减小,最大喷油速率减小,但减小的幅度不大。活塞上方压力和喷射速率的变化趋势与控制腔最小容积增大前的变化趋势相同。喷油脉宽对控制腔最小容积增大导致的变化影响较小,高轨压会削弱这种变化。该研究为控制腔压力测试方案提供了支撑。
The simulation model of injector working process was established with AMESim software and was verified by the experiment to solve the measurement difficulty problem for the control chamber pressure of electromagnetic injector.The influence of control chamber minimum volume on injector performance was analyzed based on the model.With the increase of control chamber minimum volume,the injection duration decreased and the maximum injection rate decreased with a minor magnitude.The pressure above the piston and the change of injection rate kept the same trend before the control chamber minimum volume increased.The injection pulse width had a little influence on the change caused by the increase of control chamber minimum volume,but the high rail pressure would weaken the change.The research brought the reference for measuring the control chamber pressure.
