耳穴压豆合中医护理治疗高血压病43例疗效观察

Clinical effect of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in treatment of hypertension: a report of 43 cases

目的:观察耳穴压豆合中医护理对高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法:将87例符合诊断标准的高血压病患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组44例,对照组采用中医护理合西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合耳穴压豆疗法。治疗15d后观察血压变异性指标水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.0%和77.3%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组24h收缩压变异、24h舒张压变异均有减少,治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆合中医护理能提高高血压病患者的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) nursing in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: Eighty- seven patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 43) and control group( n = 44). The control group received TCM nursing combined with conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received ear acupoint bean pressing in addition to the therapy for the control group. After 15 d of treatment,blood pressure variability and treatment outcome were evaluated. Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group( 93. 0% vs 77. 3%,P < 0. 05). Both groups had reduced 24- h systolic pressure variability and 24- h diastolic pressure variability,with significant differences in within-group comparison and between- group comparison( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Ear acupoint bean pressing combined with TCM nursing can improve the clinical effect in hypertensive patients.
