摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析不同产地景天三七中有效成分杨梅苷及没食子酸的含量。方法:以Hypresil BDSC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相分别为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(22:78)、(1:99),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃;检测波长分别为256nm、273nm。结果:2种成分均在20min内得到较好分离,杨梅苷和没食子酸的进样量分别在0.0880—0.5280μg、0.2080-1.2480μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。平均加样回收率分别为99.4%、99.0%,RSD分别为1.29%、1.94%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为景天三七的质量控制方法。
Objective:To analyze the content of myricetrin and gallic acid as effective components in Sedum aizoon produced in dif- ferent places by high- performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: HPLC was performed on a Hypresil BDSC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid (22:78,1 : 99) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, a column temperature of 30℃, and detection wavelengths of 256 nm and 273 nm. Results :Myricetrin and gallic acid were well separated within 20 min. The sample amounts of myricetrin and gallic acid showed a good linear relationship with peak areas within 0. 0880 - 0. 5280 μg and O. 2080 - 1. 2480 μg. The average recovery rates were 99. 4% ( RSD = 1.29% ) and 99. 0% ( RSD = 1.94). Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate, and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Sedum aizoon.
