摘要
为改进铝电解惰性阳极的金属陶瓷力学性能和可加工性,我们研制NiFe2O4纳米复合金属陶瓷,由均相沉淀,模压成型,常压烧结过程制备。通过透射电镜和X光衍射方法表征原材料和纳米复合金属陶瓷。腐蚀和导电性能的实验和测试显示该纳米复合金属陶瓷可用作铝电解惰性阳极。
In order to improve the mechanical and processing properties of the aluminum inert anodes, the NiFe204 nanocermets were produced by the homogeneous precipitation, compression molding and airpressure sintering. In the paper, we studied the raw materials and nanocermets by TEM, and X - ray diffraction methods. The results of corrosion and conductivity test showed that the nanocermets could be used as inert anodes of aluminum electrolysis.
