Research and application on technology of impurity removal and refining in the production of industrial silicon

摘要 分析了现有工业硅精炼的几种方法,确定了本试验将采用合成渣富氧底吹联合精炼工艺。得到的最优工艺条件是:精炼温度1460~1520℃、精炼剂加入方式为均匀加入、沉清时间为5~10min,精炼时间为30~60min。铝钙脱除率分别由44.31%、90.32%提高到77.30%、95.74%。工艺稳定重现率高,能耗和成本均较低。 Through analyzing of the existing several methods of industrial silicon refined, the refining process of oxygen bottom - blown joint synthetic slag is determined in this paper. By this experiment,the optimized process conditions is obtained that the refining temperature is 1460 - 1520℃, the refining agent should be uniformly added, the clear time is 5 - 10min, the refining time is 30 -60min. The removal rate of aluminum and calcium are increased from 44.31%, 90.32% up to 77.3%, 95.74%. The process is stability and energy consumption and production costs are low.
