提高双相钢D4E1磷的控制水平和铸坯表面质量

Improvement of phosphorus control level and casting surface quality of dual phase steel D4E1

摘要 针对武钢炼钢总厂二分厂生产的双相钢D4E1磷含量超出内控炉数较多、内控命中率低、表面质量有缺陷的问题,通过对炼钢、连铸工艺进行优化,双相钢D4E1磷的控制水平提高,内控命中率提高了17.53%,铸坯表面质量明显改善。 This paper concerned the dual phase steel D4E1 in No.2 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of WISCO,in the production of which the phosphorus content be-yond control was more,the internal control shooting was low,and the surface quality was flawed.Through optimizing the process of steelmaking and continuous casting,the phosphorus control level of D4E1 was improved,with the internal control shooting im-proved by 17.53 %,and the surface quality was also obviously improved.
