摘要 采用自制小型间歇装置,研究不同消化条件对石灰干式消化速度及石灰比表面积的影响。在一定的工艺条件下,优化后的参数为:消化时间5~10 min,水灰比(物质的量比)1.5~2.0,搅拌速度150~250 r/min,消化水初始温度50~75℃,在一定条件下制备的消石灰比表面积达到25.5 m2/g。 Using the self-made small batch device,the influence of different digestion conditions on dry slaking lime speed and specific surface area was studied.Under certain conditions,the optimized parameters were:digestive time 5~1 0 min,water cement ra-tio (molar ratio)1.5~2.0,stirring speed 150~250 r/min,digestion and initial water temperature of 50 ~ 75 ℃.The preparation of lime ratio surface area reached to 2 5 .5 m2/g under certain conditions.
