Facilities revamp and process optimization on steel feeding of cooling bed in bar mill

摘要 针对生产时冷床上钢存在的频繁故障,通过对上钢辊道、液压系统、电气控制精度以及上钢工艺参数进行调整及优化改进,并加强了上钢开机前的动态确认工作,月均上钢故障次数较改进前下降了90%,月均上钢故障时间降低了84%,上钢生产工艺稳定性有了明显的改善和提高。 In view of the faults in steel feeding facilities of cooling bed occurred frequent-ly in production,the steel feeding roller,hydraulic system,the precision of electric con-trol and the processing parameter were optimized and designed,and the steel feeding running status was reconfirmed before starting quantity production.The result showed that:the breakdown number of average monthly in the process of steel feeding was re-duced by 90 %,and the breakdown time of average monthly reduced by 84 %.The process stability of steel feeding of cooling bed is significantly improved.
