针对目前几台新上喷号机经常出现掉字、喷号模糊等现象,经过研究发现影响喷号机喷字效果的三大因素:喷号机喷头机构的调整、喷号机电压、喷号机气压。喷号机喷头机构的调整主要控制喷号机喷号效果,避免喷头被撞坏及出丝不畅;喷号机电压主要控制喷号机起弧,避免喷号机掉字等故障;喷号机气压主要控制喷字清晰度。

At present,the new several marking machines often appeared incomplete fonts or fuzzy fonts .By observing and analyzing,it was found that there were three ma-j or factors of influence marking,that is the structural readj ustment of hot billets,the welder voltage,and the air pressure of wire feeder.The structural readj ustment of hot billets mainly to control the effect of hot billets can avoid spray nozzle damaged and silk smoothed,and voltage to control electric welding machine arc can avoid the word fail-ure.The air pressure of wire feeder is used to control spray word definition.
