摘要
针对黄金冶炼渣中铁的回收利用进行试验研究,在温度750℃、焙烧时间60 min、煤用量15%条件下焙烧得到焙烧矿磨矿至-0.075 mm占97.88%,经三段弱磁选获得铁精矿,产率55.57%、铁品位55.32%、回收率90.09%,实现了固废的减量化和资源化。
Experimental research on iron recovery from gold smelting slag was carried out. The slag was roasted at 750℃ for 60 minutes with coal consumption 15% , and then ground to -0.075mm accounted for 97.88%. After three stage of low intensive magnetic separation, an iron concentrate with yield of 55.57%, iron grade of 55.32% and recovery rate of 90.09% was obtained, which achieved reduction and recycling of solid waste.
