PCNA在腺性膀胱炎中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF PROLIFERATING CELL NUCLEAR ANTIGEN IN CYSTITIS GLANDULARIS AND CLINICAL IMPLICATION

摘要 目的研究增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在正常膀胱黏膜、腺性膀胱炎和膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达,探讨PCNA在腺性膀胱炎中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测30例正常膀胱黏膜、30例腺性膀胱炎、30例膀胱移行细胞癌中PCNA的表达。结果 PCNA在正常膀胱黏膜无阳性表达,在腺性膀胱炎中表达阳性率为46.7%(14/30),在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达阳性率为73.3%(22/30)。PCNA在腺性膀胱炎中表达的阳性率显著高于正常膀胱黏膜(P<0.05),但低于膀胱移行细胞癌(P<0.05)。结论 PCNA在正常膀胱黏膜中无表达,但在腺性膀胱炎中有表达,其表达阳性率低于膀胱移行细胞癌,提示腺性膀胱炎可能是膀胱癌的癌前病变,PCNA在研究腺性膀胱炎与膀胱癌的相关性上具有重要意义。 Objective The present study was undertaken to determine the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in normal mucosa of bladder,cystitis glandularis and bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC),and to explore its clinical implication.Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of PCNA in 30 specimens of normal mucosa of bladder,30 specimens of patients with cystitis glandularis and 30 specimens of patients with BTCC.Results There was no positive expression of PCNA in the normal mucosa of bladder.The ratio of PCNA positive expression was 73.3% (22/30) in BTCC specimens.The ratio of PCNA positive expression was 46.7% (14/30) in cystitis glandularis specimens,which was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa of bladder specimens (P < 0.05) and lower than that in BTCC specimens (P < 0.05).Conclusion There was no positive expression of PCNA in the normal mucosa of bladder.But there was significant positive expression of PCNA in cystitis glandularis patients,in which the ratio of PCNA positive expression was lower than that in BTCC patients.These suggested that cystitis glandularis might be the precancerosis of bladder carcinoma and it was of great value to study PCNA for clarifying the relevance between cystitis glandularis and bladder carcinoma.
