经跗骨窦入路解剖接骨板加压螺栓系统治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的 观察采用跗骨窦入路解剖接骨板加压螺栓系统治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 经跗骨窦入路解剖接骨板加压螺栓系统治疗跟骨骨折患者32例（37侧,其中Sanders分型Ⅱ型23侧,Ⅲ型14侧）.术前术后均行X线及CT检查,评估骨折复位情况.应用美国足踝外科协会评分标准进行功能评价.结果 所有患者均获随访8 -21个月,平均11.5个月,均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间12周,无感染、内固定失效或骨折再移位等并发症.1例发生腓肠神经损伤,半年后自行恢复.1例发生（呣）长屈肌腱活动受限,内固定物取出后缓解.根据美国足踝外科协会评分标准,优18侧,良17侧,可2侧,优良率94.6％.结论 经跗骨窦入路解剖接骨板加压螺栓系统治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,创伤小,并发症少,临床疗效满意.
