摘要
提出一种中压配电系统可靠性评估算法。该算法对复杂的中压配电系统 (带子馈线 )有较强的处理能力 ,利用前向搜索算法确定断路器动作影响范围 ,用故障扩散方法确定故障隔离的范围 ,从而确定节点的故障类型。根据故障的类型 ,便可形成相应的节点、馈线以及系统的可靠性指标。以RBTS— Bus6,RBTS— Bus2等配电网络和大量实际运行网络验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A reliability evaluation algorithm for medium voltage radial distribution network is proposed. The algorithm is suitable for evaluating the relatively complex systems which consist of many sub-feeders. It employees ahead-searching-method to determine the influencing area of breaker, applies fault-spreading-method to determine disconnection area, based on which the failure types of nodes can be determined. Then the reliability indices of nodes, feeders and system can be calculated. The RBTS-Bus6, RBTS-Bus2 and other medium voltage radial distribution networks are evaluated by using the algorithm, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
