内聚型人才培养模式下的产学研耦合效应研究

The Research of Coupling Effect for Production and Research Cooperation on Cohesion Type Personnel Training Mode

针对高校计算机专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了一种内聚型计算机专业人才培养模式。在深入分析该模式的特点之后,重点探讨了其产学研耦合效应的形成原因及特点。通过研究产学研的耦合效应,可以为高校计算机专业人才培养提供了新的培养模式和途径。

Aiming to the problem existing in the course of computer professionals training process for university,this paper proposes a training model of computer professionals based on cohesive type.After deep analyzing these characteristics of computer professionals training model based on cohesive type,this paper mainly discusses the formation reasons and the characteristics of coupling effect for Production and Research Cooperation.By studying the coupling effect for Production and Research Cooperation,it can provide the new training mode and approach for college computer professional talent training.
