高职院校计算机教师职业倦怠的成因分析及对策研究

Analysis of the Causes of Computer Teachers' Professional Burnout in Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures Studying

高职教师是我国教师队伍中的重要组成部分,也是职业倦怠的高发人群,特别是计算机教师,由于计算机专业的特殊性,高职院校的计算机教师承受的压力更大,从而更易产生职业倦怠。本文通过调研分析了高职计算机教师产生职业倦怠的原因,从社会、学校和教师个人三个层面上提出了教师职业倦怠的解决对策。

Teachers of higher vocational colleges is an important part of our teachers,and also is high incidence of occupation burnout especially computer teachers,because of the particularity of computer professional,vocational computer teachers bear greater pressure,thus are more prone to occupation burnout.This paper analyzes the causes of higher vocational computer teachers occupation burnout through research,put forward the countermeasures to solve the teacher occupation burnout from the three aspects of society,school and teachers.
