摘要
钛合金热处理工艺比较复杂,尤其对温度的控制要求较高。本文结合生产实际,介绍了控制系统的构成及其软、硬件设计。并从硬件和软件角度,详细论述了提高系统的可靠性的措施和方法。
The heat treatment of titanium alloy is very complicated. It needs to control temperature strictly. According to practical manufacture, this paper introduces the structure of the control system and the design of hardware and software. At the same time, how to raise the reliability of the system with hardware and soft ware is discussed is detail.
