超声波辅助提取金缕梅紫云英苷及其体外抗氧化研究 被引量:10

Study on Extraction of Astragalin from Hamamelis mollis by Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction and Antioxidation

摘要 以金缕梅为原料,研究金缕梅紫云英苷的提取工艺及其抗氧化性质。研究结果表明,金缕梅紫云英苷提取最佳工艺条件为超声波功率为301.6 W,超声波时间为44.4 min,乙醇体积分数为80.7%,料液比为1︰16.8(g/mL),此条件下金缕梅紫云英苷提取率为1.1%。金缕梅紫云英苷具有较好的还原能力对DPPH·有较强清除能力。 This study mainly discussed the extraction technology and antioxidation of astragalin from Hamamelis mollis. The optimum extraction conditions of asWagalin from Hamamelis mollis were determined, such as ultrasonic frequency was 301.6 W, ultrasonic time was 44.4 min, ethanol concentration was 80.7% and ratio of material and solution was 1 : 16.8 (g/mL), Under these conditions, the extraction yield was 1.1%. The astragalin from Hamamelis mollis had good reducing power and strong scavenging ability to DPPH..
