铜离子胁迫对苦荞萌发物生态效应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 铜离子是植物生命活动必需的微量矿质元素。主要研究不同质量浓度的Cu2+对苦荞发芽势和发芽率、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)形成的影响。结果表明,Cu2+对苦荞萌发具有低质量浓度(0.1 m g/L^0.5 mg/L)下的刺激效应,可明显提高苦荞发芽势和发芽率;以Cu2+质量浓度为0.2 mg/L处理苦荞,第4天时GABA的含量达到最高值。 Copper ions is one of the essential microelements in plant life activities. By seed germination experiments, make a study of different concentrations of copper on Tartary buckwheat germinating energy, rate of germination, the activity of glutamate decarboxylase and 7-aminobutyric acid. The results showed that germinating energy and rate of germination of buckwheat could be promoted at low concentration of Cu2+ (between 0.1 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L). When Cu2+ concentration is 0.2 mg/L, the fourth days of Tartary buckwheat reached a high content at 4^th day.
