摘要
采用薄层色谱法定性检测他汀类物质。以洛伐他汀标准品、辛伐他汀标准品为参照,分析了不同展开剂系统对茯砖茶、冠突散囊菌发酵麦麸中他汀类物质的展开效果研究。结果显示:他汀类物质以氯仿-甲醇-氨水(体积比25∶3∶1)为展开剂,紫外254 nm检视,并以碘蒸气为显色剂为最优。
The statins in Fuzhuan brick tea and Eurotium cristatum fermented on wheat bran were analyzed by different developing solvent of TLC for the qualitative analysis, while lovastatin and simvastatin for reference. The results showed that the statins were eluted with chloroform-methyl alcohol-ammonia （25 ： 3 ： 1）, determined at UV 254 nm and stained with iodine vapor.
