On the Publicity of Library

文章以图书馆公共性的历史发轫为基点,对图书馆公共性概念及其内涵给予初步界定,并从组织公共性、功能公共性、服务公共性、资源公共性4方面对图书馆公共性进行了全面阐释,最后简要分析了图书馆公共性的公益性、公平性、包容性、发展性等特征。

Based on the history of library publicity, this paper initially defines the concept and connotation of library publici- ty. Then the paper fully explains the library publicity from 4 aspects, namely organization publicity, function publicity, service publicity and resource publicity. Finally, the paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of library publicity, such as welfare, fair- ness, inclusiveness and development.
