摘要
移动网络环境的发展为图书馆服务业务变革注入新的活力,高校图书馆服务创新是一种用户导向型创新,用户知识是服务创新的基石。高校图书馆用户知识管理是一个持续不断的过程,通过用户知识的获取、知识挖掘、知识共享与利用、知识反馈等流程分析,为图书馆实施移动嵌入式服务、跨界合作服务、情景敏感服务等新型的服务模式提供有力的支持。
The development of mobile network environment brings new vigor and vitality into the transformation of library serv- ice. University library service innovation is a kind of nser-oriented innovation, and the user knowledge is the cornerstone of service innovation. University library user knowledge management is a continuous process. Through the analysis of the processes of user knowledge acquiring, knowledge mining, knowledge sharing and utilizing, and knowledge feedback, university library user knowl- edge management provides a forceful support for the implementation of the new service models of library, which includes mobile em- bedded service, mashup service and context-sensitive service.
