This paper firstly analyzes the process of signal analysis and enterprise competitive intelligence crisis early warn- ing. Then the paper constructs the model of enterprise competitive intelligence crisis early warning based on signal analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the implementation of model, that is, the process of signal analysis is a cyclic process, the analysis of weak signals particularly needs to focus on, the tested hypothesis is not equal to the truth, and the training of intelli- gence thinking for signal analysts are also needed. The paper is going to provide a new idea and method for enterprise competitive in- telligence crisis early warning.
