The public knowledge space is a construction system that could assemble all kinds of knowledge together with the accumulation of time. It is a derived concept that relates to private knowledge space. The library, as a vital part of the public knowledge space, takes the charge of collecting, arranging and accumulating the wonderful public knowledge as its function. At the same time, the catalysis that being acted by the library between public knowledge and private knowledge, integrates the private knowledge space into the public knowledge space and makes the two spaces irreplaceable.
