Development Tactics of Public Libraries in New Media Age

针对新媒体时代大众阅读方式、阅读习惯和阅读心理的显著变化,从秉持一种态度、避免一个误区、一个突出和一个明确四个方面提出了公共图书馆的应对原则。然后以服务体制和机制、资源共享的合力、社区信息服务、以新信息应用技术创新图书馆服务等方面对公共图书馆的发展策略进行了研究和阐述。

According to the significant changes in the way of reading, reading habits, and reading psychology in the new media age, the strategies for public library are proposed in terms of the following four aspects： uphdding one altitude; avoiding one misconception; highlighting one advantage and insisting on one definitude. Then, the development tactics of public libraries have been studied and elaborated in terms of the service system and mechanism, resource sharing, community information service, the application of new information technology to innovate library services.
