外部技术搜寻是图书馆获取新技术的主要途径,在图书馆外部技术搜寻中存在着渐进式创新搜寻与突破式创新搜寻的矛盾。组织二元性是一种前沿管理研究范式,能够将组织管理中存在的各种悖论进行有效平衡和融合。基于组织二元性构建图书馆外部技术搜寻平衡机制,藉此平衡和融合图书馆技术创新过程中渐进式创新搜寻与突破式创新搜寻之间的矛盾。

External technology acquisition is the main method to acquire new technology in library. There are contradictions between incremental innovation acquisition and radical innovation acquisition in external technology acquisition for library. Organizational ambidexterity has become a leading edge paradigm for management research, which can balance and integrate the paradox existing in organizational management. This paper constructs the equilibrating mechanism of external technology acquisition for Library based on organizational ambidexterity, which can balance and integrate the contradictions between incremental innovation acquisition and radical innovation acquisition.
