摘要
文章首先对服务蓝图、图书馆知识服务价值共创进行了描述,然后描绘出图书馆知识服务价值共创蓝图,并在服务蓝图理论的指导下,结合图书馆业务流程及图书馆知识服务相关技术,建立图书馆知识服务价值共创平台理论模型。
This article first introduces the definition of service blueprint and knowledge service, and then describes the blueprint of value co-creation of library＇s knowledge service, and finally establishes the model of value co-creation platform of library knowledge service based on the theory of service blueprint, the library business processes and knowledge service related technologies.
