国外ICT应用于早期教育的项目实践及启示

The Project Practice of ICT-ECE in Foreign Countries and Its Inspriration

从1996年全美幼教协会的第一份《技术与年幼儿童》立场声明发布以来,各国就ICT如何更好地为早期教育服务进行实践探索,逐渐上升到国家层面。国外在ICT应用于早期教育方面的不断进步与企业和研究机构的积极参与、国家政策的支持密不可分。转变早期教育界对ICT的理解、重视企业与社会教育研究机构的积极参与、加强政府投入和科学研究、分步骤制定发展计划、注重提升幼儿园教师ICT素养与能力,是我国在开展ICT应用于学前教育实践时应予以借鉴的宝贵经验。

Since NAEYC released the first position statement ＂technology and Young Children＂ in 1996, the foreign countries began to explore how to use ICT to ECE. The progress was inseparable with the foreign companies＇ and educational research institutions＇ active participation, and the support of international policy. We can learn much from it.
