摘要 目的探讨现场自制带膜支架对冠状动脉EllisⅢ型穿孔的救治体会。方法对近四年来冠状动脉介入时发生的7例EllisⅢ型冠状动脉穿孔患者使用现场自制带膜支架救治,自制带膜支架方法为使用适当支架外套球囊,经固定后成为类似带膜支架。结果7例患者中有6例患者一次性成功封堵冠状动脉穿孔,1例失败。结论现场自制带膜支架对冠状动脉EllisⅢ型穿孔有一定的救治作用,尤其是其他办法无效时,但其远期效果有待进一步观察。 Objective To investigate the effect of self- made covered stent in the interventional therapy of coronary Ellis type Ⅲ perforation. Methods Seven patients with Ellis type III perforation which occurred during coronary intervention of the recent 4 years were treated by self - made covered stent, which was made through coating appropriate stent with balloon and was similar as coated stent after fixation. Results Among the 7 patients, the perforations were successfully closed at the first attempt in 6 patients, while failed in 1 patient. Conclusion Self- made covered stent can be used in the treatment of coronary Ellis type Ⅲ perforation, especially when other methods are ineffective, but its long -term effect still needs to be proved.
