Clinical application of fragmented QRS in the patients with acute myocardial infarction

摘要 碎裂QRS波（fragmentedQRS，fQRS）是近年来提出的一项重要的无创心电学指标。fQRs最常见于冠心病患者，近年来研究发现，fQRs的出现和变化，对急性心肌梗死（AMI）的诊断、心肌灌注情况判断、冠状动脉病变程度的预测、风险评估和预后判断等都有较大的价值。 Fragmented QRS （fQRS） wave has been recently raised as an important non- invasive index of electrocardiography, fQRS wave mostly oceurres in the patients with coronary heart disease. In recent years, it has been observed that when fQRS occurres or resolutes, it has a great value for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Meanwhile, it has a positive value for detecting myocardial perfusion degrees, predicting degrees of culprit lesions in coronary heart disease. Besides, it has a obvious significance for appraising the risk of recurrent cardiac events and assessing prognosis in patients with AMI.
