摘要
测定鸡冠花花、叶、茎中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn 4种微量元素的含量。采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)湿法分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(RU心)测定。结果显示花、叶、茎中4种微量元素含量存在差异,其中花、叶中元素含量大小均为:Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu,而茎中含量为:Zn〉Mn〉Fe〉Cu。RSD〈7.1%,回收率在94.7%~112.9%之间。实验结果为进一步探讨鸡冠花花、叶、茎中微量元素与药物活性的关系提供-定的参考。
Determination of Fe in cockscomb flower, leaf, stem, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn content of trace elements. Using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4 + 1 ) wet decomposition samples, flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). Results show that the flower, leaf, stem, four kinds of trace elements content in the element content in the flower, leaf size are: Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cu, and stems of content is: Zn〉 Mn〉 Fe〉 Cu. RSD〈 7.1%, recovery is between 94.7 % --112.9 %. The experimental results to further explore the trace elements in cockscomb flower, leaf, stem and pharmacological activity of relationships to provide certain reference .
