摘要
目的:分析石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中锰过程中不确定度的主要来源,判定分析方法建立的可行性和测量结果质量的依据。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收法快速测定尿液中锰的浓度,同时构建数学模型,对各部分分量进行分析。结果:测定尿锰结果为30.70±1.39μg/L,美国伯乐尿金属质控品锰含量为32.8±6.5μg/L。结论:石墨炉原子吸收法快速测定尿液中锰结果令人满意。
Objective:The main sources of the uncertainty of analysis by graphite furnace atomic absorption method for the determination of manganese in urine in the process. Determine the feasibility analysis method and results of measurement on the basis of quality. Methods: using graphite furnace atomic absorption method for the determination of manganese in urine concentration, while building a mathematical modal, each part of the component is analyzed. Results:The determination of manganese in urine was 30.70± 1.39 μg/ L, the United States of America Bole metal quality control urine manganese content is 32.8±6.5μ g/L, Conclusion the determination of value in the range of standard reference value, satisfactory results.
