超滤膜用于酶法7-ACA脱色中的试验研究

Research on Ultrafiltration Membrane Used in Decolorization of 7-ACA by Enzymatic Method

将超滤膜用于酶法7-ACA酰化液的脱色,实验结果表明,C型超滤膜具有一定的脱色效果,脱色后透光率和脱色收率均优于原活性碳过滤器的工艺;超滤膜脱色的最佳浓缩比和洗水倍数约为6;脱色液结晶产品7-ACA的含量和色级均达到较好水平。

The ultrafiltration membrane was used to decolor 7-ACA feed, the result showed that the C membrane had certain light transmittance after decolorization, the effect of decolorization and the yield through membrane could be better than through activated carbon, the best concentration ratio and washing ratio were about 6,the content and color level of 7ACA could be reach better level.
