摘要
阐述了煤中氮的存在形式及其测定方法原理,分析研究了半微量开氏法试验。试验中,煤样在沸腾的浓硫酸催化剂作用下能使煤中有机质氧化成二氧化碳和水等,大部分氮则变成氨,加入过量的氢氧化钠,由硼酸溶液吸收,最后用酸滴定测出煤中氮含量。试验研究了测定的相应条件,探讨了影响测试结果准确的若干因素。
The existence form of nitrogen in the coal and its measurement principle were expounded,the semi-micro Kelvin method experiment were analyzed.In the experiment,the coal samples under the boiling sulfuric acid catalyst could make the organics in coal be oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, etc., most of nitrogen be became ammonia;the excess sodium hydroxide was joined,and be absorbed by the boric acid solution;finally the nitrogen content in coal was measured with acid titration.The corresponding experimental conditions were studied, the several factors that affected the test results are accuracy were discussed.
